We children of the 1980`s have ambiguous memories of the Bubble Economy, but it`s intense colors and sounds remain seared into our minds. At the moment the silently marching Japanese finally arrived into the joy of Paradise, the Bubble`s collapse cast them back out again. Focusing on this era as the highlight of our story, we express what it means to be Japanese, and to be human.

In Japan when we talk about the feeling of rotting in this society, we conclude its reason to be the economic bubble burst. After the end of the World War II, Japan's rapid economic growth helped us to reached its paradise in bubble. During the paradise period we created illusional social status and value in life in exchange of losing our traditional value. Japan’s brand royalty belief and fashion of western style Christmas and wedding are not appropriate in Japanese culture.Japanese are in a dilemma between a traditional and an innovation after the bubble economy. This situation is very comical to us as we are the children of the 1980`s. we only have ambiguous memories of the Bubble Economy. However its intense colors and sounds remain in our minds. We can see objectively to the era in Japan and feel its trauma. We are the only human who fight with nature and desperate to prove our existence. From non-human point of view we are praiseworthy and ludicrous. Focusing on this era as the highlight of our story, we express what it means to be Japanese, and to be human.

The Japanese asset price bubble (バブル景気, lit. "bubble economy") was an economic bubble in Japan from 1986 to 1991, in which real estate and stock prices greatly inflated.[1] The bubble's collapse lasted for more than a decade with stock prices bottoming in 2003, until hitting an even lower low amidst the current global crisis in 2008. The Japanese asset price bubble contributed to what the Japanese refer to as the Lost Decade.
